- Students understand the sensibility of the diversifying trends and they express their feelings and emotions stemming from the senses and feel of the materials through expressive methods of the mixed media
- Basic Textile Computer Design
- Students grasp the diverse functions of the textile computer system and use the understanding of the features in each program to establish the basics of textile design that is quick and original.
- Fashion Goods and Marketing
- This course realizes the needs and demands of customers as the product on the basis of textile fashion concept and studies effective marketing methods by understanding activities of fashion goods such as product development, price determination, sales distribution, sales promotion, etc
- Textile Pattern Design
- This course helps students visualize original textile designs that can be used in fashion and interior design. It also allows students to produce textile artwork designs by improving on the ability to gain a sense of the use of color and design pattern components found in fashion goods such as scarves and ties
- Interior Design
- This course allows students to become familiar with the aesthetic sense of the levels and dimensions found in staging interior spaces. Through this course, students are also nurturing the ability to express and use color tones involved with interior styling.
- Color Coordination
- After students understand the principles of tints and hues, they use a variety of materials such as natural objects, paints, color papers, textiles, etc. to develop a basic knowledge about the use of color schemes.
- Textile Coordination
- This course cultivates the ability to achieve harmonious agreement through hands-on practice by using appropriate textile products according to the situation and place.
- CAD I.II / Textile CAD I.II
- This course nurtures the designing fluency found in the fashion and textile business fields that use CAD, and deepens the design production knowledge of the use of the digital medium in the practice field.
- Textile Design
- This course promotes an understanding of the uses of the variety of fabrics and textiles found in the production of women’s, men’s, children’s and other clothing by becoming familiar with it through trend information and design concepts. Furthermore, Textile Design allows students to visualize original designs.
- Interior Consulting
- This course helps students to gain the knowledge necessary for interior coordination and possess a sense for design. Interior Consulting course allows students to use knowledge and information about commodities in creating aesthetic configurations in residential and commercial areas.
- Textile Material Technique I.II
- This course promotes originality through diverse practice with a focus on formative arts, and an expressive sense of textile materials.
- Printing Design I.II
- Having the basics of screen methods, students make attempts at various expressions, analysis and reconstruction and they use the digital printer to create designs directly onto the textile. This course sets its goals on design productions that can be applied in the industry.
- Practice of Textile Material
- Students grasp the characteristics and usage of textile materials for an accurate understanding of materials and their assessments. In addition, this course informs students about the new materials that are available.
- On-the-Job
- This course builds up practical abilities through on-the-job practice applying the knowledge learned from school. Students participate in practical business processes happening on site such as design, material planning, textile process, and many others in the textile related industries.
- Showroom Display
- Having a set purpose, plan and theme as the foundation of shaping and designing space, this course cultivates the ability to implement planning of exhibits, and display shop items in a harmonious way.
- Fashion Trend
- This course puts its focus on acquiring practical skills, planning, and logical fashion information by becoming familiar with the methods of collecting, analyzing and organizing fashion data.
- Fiber Studio
- This course allows students to acquire a variety of expressive methods according to the characteristics of the material of the fiber. In addition students will gain the ability to plan and produce fiber goods, taking into consideration the use of perceptions of shape, quality and color.
- Interior Fabric Design
- This course trains the expression ability of exterior designs with the use of interior ornament materials such as decorative floor materials, vertical curtains, roll blinds, and carpet, and by expanding the physical scope of textile materials to glass, vinyl, plastic, new material, etc.
- Textile CAD
- This course allows students to acquire and learn the useful functions of textile computer programs while cultivating diverse creativity and shortening the time spent on design productions. Using this program also leads to a higher accuracy of producing just the right product.
- Information society and career design In this course, students will acquaint oneself with the broad range of knowledge about the jobs in today’s society that use information systems.
- Fashion coordination Students will acquire the knowledge about fashion coordination that meshes with the fashion T.P.O.’s composition element and they will understand the trends that fit with specific themes and concepts.
- Fiber construction This course teaches students about the weaving and dyeing processes needed in order to create woven fabrics and fibers.
